Appraisal

This well-maintained church is still in regular use and displays many details of artistic merit, including carved stone details and stained glass to the exterior and oil-painted Stations of the Cross and interesting plasterwork to the interior. The widespread use of ogee heads in the building is unsual. The building is part of a group of structures associated with the Roman Catholic church in Ballyclogh, with the parochial house to the east.
