Description : Small site for c.1770 house for George Vaughan Hart. Set on the western shores of Lough Foyle on the outskirts of Muff. The house was described as a "straggling, amusing, intriguing, lady-like mansion." Originally set in an early formal demesne, regularly laid out with orchards either side of the house. Walled gardens now gone. Some fine mature trees remain. Family owned.
