Description : Little remains of what may once have been a larger site from an earlier date. The house is not named on the OS 1834 map and has since gone. The grounds reached the Ballyhallan River on the east side and water from Butler's Glen flowed on the north side. There was an orchard and a block of woodland close to the house. There was a pond in the wood, a pigeon house near the house and an unusual feature of a rockery in the corner of the orchard. Site of historic interest only. Assessment from historic maps and aerial photography.
