Description : Modest demesne for mid 18th century two-storey house set above the seashore and surrounded by shelter trees, many of which are fine old specimens, especially elm. Noted for good, early 20th century, ornamental gardens, the tradition has been revived over the last twenty years and the grounds near the house are attractively planted and maintained.
